Fleece
The Fleece textured coat is a soft texture as in the Angora goat. It can either have a straight wavy look or a soft spiralling curl look. It is an easy to manage textured coat. This is the most preferred coat type. Most of the fleece coats are allergy-friendly.
Wool
This coat is very similar to a poodle and is non-shedding. Because of this, it’s usually compatible with allergy and asthma sufferers. It does require regular grooming and combing.
Hair
The hair coat has odour and sheds. It is most like the coat type of Labradors. It is usually seen in early generation dogs such as the first cross of a lab and poodle, F1b, and F2b Labradoodles and Goldendoodles. This is not an allergy-friendly coat.
